UPDATE...
That is how the Universe, God-consciousness works. The Universal Mind is the one who gave me my 2025 focus on Mindfulness and Gratitude. The Universal Mind, God, will make sure I have every opportunity to fulfill my goal.
I must say, though only twenty days in, it is going very well. Each morning I read about mindfulness, followed by a mindful meditation lasting 5-10 minutes. This has helped me be more mindful throughout my day. I have become more mindful while eating. I tend to eat mindlessly. This is not a healthy practice and can contribute to unhealthy snacking. I must say I am getting better.
I look forward to expanding the times of my mindful meditation as well as being able to meditate throughout the day. As I said in the last blog post, it’s not about mastering. It is all about practicing.
